Domestic Shipping

Cashmere Cashmere offers complimentary shipping for orders over $100.00 shipped within continental US States using UPS Ground service.  Expedited shipping will be charged at the below rates.  All expedited shipping costs are not refundable.  Cashmere Cashmere does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

• U.S. domestic orders are shipped with UPS Ground service for delivery within 3 – 10 business days.
• Expedited shipments must be placed by 12pm EST for delivery within 2 – 3 business days at a flat rate $20.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct while placing your order.  We will not be able to redirect packages after an order is placed.  Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, Monday through Friday.  Orders will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday and are delivered with No Signature Required.

APO / FPO Addresses, Canada and International Shipping

Cashmere Cashmere does not accept any orders delivering to APO / FPO addresses, Canada and International.

Sale Adjustments

Cashmere Cashmere will honor price adjustments for merchandise purchased within 7 days of price markdown.  Adjustments are made upon customer’s request via email.  Email should be sent to CashmereCashmere@DFCashmere.com.  Price adjustments for merchandise purchased using a promotional code will be adjusted from the original selling price, excluding additional discounts.

Payment

Cashmere Cashmere accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We use a secure payment processor and do not store credit card information.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from CashmereCashmere.com, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date for all full-price domestic purchases and within 14 days of the delivery date for all sale items.  A Returns & Exchanges form and prepaid return label is provided in every order for your convenience.  Cashmere Cashmere reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.  If your return meets all requirements, please allow up to 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to post to your account.

• Full priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the delivery date.
• Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
• No returns are accepted or refunds offered after the listed return periods.
• Garments must be received in original condition with all tags attached. No returns are accepted or refunds offered if items are worn, altered, damaged, or tags are removed.
• Customers that choose to use a third-party shipping service to return merchandise may do so. Orders must be returned to the return center listed on the provided prepaid shipping label.  Cashmere Cashmere is not responsible for any damages or shipping costs that may occur as a result of using a third-party shipping service.
• If you are shipping an exchange to a different address than the original package, please include the new address with the Returns & Exchanges form.
• Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that any orders are processed incorrectly or merchandise received is damaged or defective, Cashmere Cashmere will replace that item or accept its return for a full refund.  Please contact CashmereCashmere@DFCashmere.com for such an occurrence and use the provided prepaid label to return to our return center.
